Joke/Gag - Somehow someone did a body mind swap with Reimi by accident, and this is the surprised aftermath reaction.
About: I found this Reimi 3D model for XNALara and somehow ended up with this pose after a while. I thought it was hilarious how the end result looked like another person had swapped bodies with the character and I had to upload.
